🔁 General Return Policy – Home Improvement, Décor & Unopened Products
- Most new, unused, and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

- Mattresses, bedding, and foundations are non-returnable once opened or used due to hygiene standards.
- Open-box, assembled furniture, or items showing wear are not eligible for refund.

- Unopened RTA cabinet boxes may be returned within 14 days.
- Installed, assembled, opened, or modified cabinets are not eligible for return.
- Custom-built or special-order cabinet styles are final sale.
🛍 Special Orders, Custom Products & Clearance Items
- Special orders and custom items are non-refundable after purchase.
- Clearance, discount, floor models, scratch-and-dent, and final sale items are sold as-is and not returnable.
📦 Delivery, Pickup & Inspection Terms
- Customers must inspect items at drop-off or pickup for accuracy and damage.
- Any damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
- Re-delivery attempts may include an additional fee.
